Bill Farnsworth Workshop

“Bill Farnsworth will teach 3 day Oil Painting Workshop. Each morning Bill will paint a step by step demonstration to show students to show students how to choose, edit, & paint a scene full of light. Hw will explain why students paint outside and how to get the most out of your photography. Bill will emphasize the principals of good shapes, drawing, and color temperature.”
Cost: $425.00 Members Only $475.00 Non-Member
Payment: $100.00 will secure your space in the workshop
Minimum Number of students 6 – Maximum number of students 12

Class will be filled on a first- come- first- served basis. Anyone expressing in the workshop will be added to a waiting list in the order their request is received.
Special Note: Classes fall on Thursday – Saturday. Please make arrangements to adjust your schedule! We would not want you to miss out on a great workshop!

Bill Farnsworth Bio:
As a 1980 graduate of The Ringling School of Art and Design, Bill Farnsworth has spent more than 34 years as an Illustrator and Fine Artist. Born in Norwalk Connecticut in 1958, Bill spent most of his life in New Milford Connecticut painting landscapes of the rural area, while supporting himself and family with his growing illustration career. Farnsworth is a Signature member of The Oil Painters of America, American Society of Marine Artist’s, and The American Society of Impressionists. His paintings have appeared in many National shows, Museums, and private collections throughout the United States. A nationally known illustrator, Bill has seamlessly moved into the Fine Art field where he has garnered awards of excellence from the Oil Painters of America’s National and Regional shows. He won Best in Show at The 10th Biennial National Show in Punta Gorda, and a Bronze Medal in the 2013 OPA Summer Salon.

Bill currently lives in Venice, Fl. with his wife Debbie.
